A NY City DOE voucher given to parents that allows them to obtain the services of an independent provider for specific related services at the DOE's expense. |
NYC Only – SETSS |
SETSS is a NY City DOE program which combines consultant teacher services and resource room. |

This is used when the issue in dispute does not fall within any other category. |
Other Reimbursement |
Any reimbursement to parents for costs other than tuition (tutoring costs, etc.) |
Parent Tuition Reimbursement |
Reimbursement of school tuition when parent enrolls a child in a non-public school as a result of the district failure to provide FAPE. |
Placement |
The location where special education services, related services, and other services will be delivered. |
Transportation |
Any student transportation issue in an IEP. |
