SEDRC Communication Skills for Special Education Dispute Resolution

The New York State Special Education Dispute Resolution Center (SEDRC) invites special education administrators and professionals (i.e., District Superintendents, Principals, Directors of Special Education, Administrators of Special Education, Committee on Special Education (CSE) and Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Chairs, and IEP Team Leaders) to attend a live webinar series presented by Dr. Tricia Jones.


Communication Skills for Special Education Dispute Resolution, Thursdays, November 5, 12 & 19 from 9:00-10:00 AM. This series of interactive webinars provide tools that can be applied immediately to improve communication and manage conflict in special education meetings. Participants are encouraged to take all three webinars as skill-building is progressive, however, attendees can elect to take one or more webinars. 1 CTLE Credits is available for each webinar for a total of 3 CTLE credits.
